The typical agent will come to your property and put a sign out front and attempt to sell your home. That's a passive approach. I am a completely proactive agent. I don't just sit and wait for buyers to come to me, I FIND THEM! I call different agents, past clients and I'm constantly interacting with international networking. I never accept this is good for now, I want to know what I can do to move my business forward. It's a 24/7 type of job, but I love it and I wouldn't want to be doing anything else.
